Dear friends you may have questions like How do i change my IP?How can i change my IP?Procedure to change my IP?Methods to change my IP? and many questions relating to IP.By reading this article you can remove question mark after each question.

An IP(Internet Protocol Address) is an unique address which is used to communicate between two networks.IP address acts as a locator which is used to find address of another network.
Try this simple method before trying other methods.First remove your Internet connection that is Cable/DSL modem and switch off your computer.Do not power on your PC for 20mins.I hope this will change your IP address.If your IP dosen’t change after applying this method then follow the below methods.These method will hopefully help you to change your IP.

Following steps to change IP:
1)Go to Command Prompt.It can be done as (Start–>Run–>and type”cmd”)
2)Type this command “ipconfig/release” in dos prompt.(Do not use double quotes).
3)Exit the command prompt. This can be done as( type “exit” in command prompt without quotes).
4)Now go to “My network places”.right click on that and go to proporties.Then a screen “Local area connection” will open.
5)Right click on “Local area network” and go to properties.
6)Now double click on Internet Protocol(TCP/IP) .I hope “Internet Protocol” is the last name in the scroll bar which is under the tab “general”.
7)Two options will appear you as
-Obtain an IP address automatically.
-Use the following IP address.
just click the second option “use the following IP address” under “general” tab.

8)Create your own IP address.When you click on Subnet mask it automatically sets to 255.255.255.0.
9)Now hit the “OK” button.
10)Now go to “Local area connection” and click on proporties.
11)Go to “TCP/IP” settings.And this time click on “Obtain an IP address automatically”.
12)Click “OK” button.
13)Now you will be having new IP address.
Note:This procedure only changes your Dynamic IP but not ISP/IP.Simple trick to change IP:
1)Go to Command Prompt. (Start–>Run–>and type”cmd”).
2)Type this command “ipconfig/release” in dos prompt.(Do not use double quotes).
3)Type this command”ipconfig/renew” in dos prompt.(Do not use double quotes).
4)And restart your computer.I hope this will change your IP.

Third method to change IP by disabling Cable:
1)Go to Command Prompt. (Start–>Run–>and type”cmd”).
2)Type this command “ipconfig/release” in dos prompt.(Do not use double quotes).
3)Shut down your computer.
4)Remove all connections such as Cable/DSL modem and turn off ethernet hubs/switches.
5)Now start your pc only after 6 to 7 hours.
6)I hope this method can successfully can change your IP.

If you know which file in your system is infected with virus then opt for better antivirus software and clean it for twice or thrice untill that file is totally cleaned.Few antivirus softwares dosent clean infected files.They will ask”This file cannot be cleaned”then choose delete option.

1)Call IT support:
If you are having servicing department then call them immediately.And follow their instructions.2)Back up your Internet files:
At this time you should not be late.You should have to copy all files,softwares etc in cds or dvds.If you are late then your files may be infected.Before copying the files and softwares just scan once.But i am not sure that these files may contain virus after cleaning.

3)Install an Antivirus software to clean your pc:
Since your pc is highly infected with a dangerous virus you have to install a good antivirus software which can remove all types of trojans.Commercial antivirus softwares which can remove all type of trojans are Norton,Kaspersky etc.After installing the software you have to scan your system completely for twice or thrice.In my view better to scan your pc with both Norton and Kaspersky.Why because kaspersky deletes one type of trojan horse which cannot be deleted by norton.And few norton can delete and those cannot be deleted by kaspersky.If your antivirus software can detect location of virus clean it.If that virus cannot be cleaned than delete it.If that virus cannot be deleted then your final step is to reinstall your pc.

4)Reinstalling operating system:
If your pc cannot be cleaned then you have to reinstall your operating system.This is the only action which is available to you.This corrective action also results losing of files.so while performing this step you have to be careful.First of all you have to back up all the information which is present in the system using any external storage device such as cds,dvds etc. Before reinstalling your operating system make sure your net connection is in disconnected mode.If you are using pirated Xp or any operating system then your c:\ will be hacked by Microsoft.All your system addresses will be hacked by Microsoft.To prevent this condition you have to switch off your Internet connection.If you are using genuine Xp or any operating system then you dont have to disconnect internet.

5)Protect your computer:
After installing operating system you have to protect your system for future infections.
Following steps which protect your system from virus.
1)Install good antivirus software.
2)Switch on Live Updates.
3)Use Firewall system.
4)keep your pc patched.
5)Dont try to open trojan sites.
