1) Goto Start and type “regedit” without quotes.

2) Now navigate to the below mentioned location.
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESystemCurrentControlSetControlPriorityControl]

3) I think you will be seeing an entry by this name “IRQ8Priority”. Set this entry to a value “IRQ8Priority”=dword:00000001
You can change dword with the name IRQ8. Most of the computers are reserved with that name for real time clock.
Make sure thats the case (by going to device manager -> system devices -> system COMS/realtime clock -> properties -> resources tab, if it is set to another number try adding an entry with that number N as IRQNPriority)
