Now click on Disk Cleanup button. Your system starts scanning your complete drive and it will try to compress your old files in order to save some disk space. It is recommended to install your operation system in NTFS format. If you installed your operation system in FAT or FAT32 , you can convert your hard drive from FAT to NTFS. Now the new file system makes you compress the files in a better way and you can save up some more hard disk space.
